Recreational Vehicle (RV) storage facility.
552,800 gross square feet (1,269 acres) of site area with 589 RV parking spaces totaling 167,310 square feet of leaseable parking.

 

  This project is located on a utility company's right-of-way. Because of the projects location next to a junior college, we were required to provide an easement through the site to allow for access for the students.

Additionally, due to the power lines running along the site, we were restricted from placing parking and building within one hundred feet of some of the towers. The front portion of the site is also in a special traffic corridor which prevented us from placing any buildings or parking there as well.
